First graduates of the HTWD and UV Double Degree Programme
The first six graduates of the International Double Degree programme offered by the University of Valladolid and HTW Dresden: Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft celebrated the completion of their studies last week.
Four students from the Faculty of Commerce and Labor Relations (Mario Camino Martín, Pascual Alastrué Abadía, José Luis Arranz Peláez, and Rodrigo Juárez Rey) and two from HTW Dresden (Tom Knoll and Kristin Meyer) have completed the international double degree in Commerce and International Business, forming the first graduating class of this program offered jointly by both universities.
Throughout their studies, the recent graduates enjoyed a full year at the partner university, curricular internships abroad, and instruction entirely in English. They completed their training by defending their final degree projects (TFG) in English before a joint panel from both institutions, all of them obtaining outstanding results.
This graduation represents the efforts made by both institutions to promote a pioneering program that began with the vision of Catalina Soto de Prado Otero and Kate Urban-Greatorex.
